FEE PAYMENT RULES

1. Fee for each quarter is payable between 1st to 10th of the month by school app i.e. Edunext Parent App or at School Fee Counter.

   Months	Dates
   April, May, June	1st to 10th of April
   July, August, September	1st to 10th of July
   October, November, December	1st to 10th of October
   January, February, March	1st to 10th of January

2. After due dates late fee will be charged @ Rs. 20 per day including all holidays till the payment is made.
3. Parents are requested to not handover any fee in cash to your child or any employee of the school, fee must be submitted in school's office by parents themselves or via online mode.
4. Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admission No., Name, Class and Section of the student while depositing the fee.
5. All school dues must be paid through any of the payment mode as mentioned above, on or before last date of payment to avoid late fee charges and penalty.
6. Parents are advised to deposit fee well in advance in case of Public Holidays etc. Due dates will not be extended beyond 10th of the month as mentioned in table if there will be public or any other holidays. 
7. School holidays should not be taken as an excuse. All parents are to remit school dues fully and in time.
8. Partial payment of fees is not accepted by the school and part payment will be treated as non-payment and late fine and penalty will be applicable till the complete payment is made.
9. No fee reminders to submit the fee will be sent separately on due dates. 
10. Parents are requested to contact the accounts department for any issue related to fee.
