We believe that a committed, experienced and seasoned faculty is the backbone of any institution. BCS is led by extremely talented team of teachers and talent is not the only attribute they possess, each one of our teachers have an innate passion for teaching and is skilled to deliver the best in and out of the classroom. Our teachers are experts in their fields, in knowledge, in flexibility, in commitment and in motivational skills and they realize this passion by engaging with the young minds. Being with them, living their lives, understanding them, before making them understand the lessons of life. The school also believes in developing its teachers and encouraging them to enhance their skills everyday because learning is a lifelong process. The faculty at BCS create a warm and protective environment recognising that each child is unique and that all children need to succeed. The teachers establish a rapport and resonance, sensing unspoken needs, conflicts, hopes and fears. Our faculty keeps the classroom atmosphere, caring and friendly, yet disciplined.
